• Account information — your name, email address, and, if you sign in with Google, basic Google profile details.
• Referral information — details you submit about prospective clients (name, contact details, event type, estimated budget, and notes).
• Payout information — the payout method you choose and the details required to pay you (e.g. bank/ACH details, PayPal email, or Stripe account connection).
• Usage & technical data — tracking-link clicks, log data, IP address, device/browser (user agent), and timestamps, including at the time you accept our Affiliate Agreement.

How We Use Information

• To operate the Program — attribute referrals, calculate and issue commissions, and pay you.
• To authenticate you, secure your account, and provide support and messaging.
• To send transactional communications (invitations, referral and payout updates, and, if you opt in, partner news).
• To maintain records of agreement acceptance for legal and compliance purposes.

Service Providers

We share information only as needed with the providers that power the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
• Stripe — payment processing and payouts.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — including records of your acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement.

Your Choices & Rights

You may update your profile and notification preferences in the portal, and you may request access to or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. Contact us at the address below to make a request.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including row-level access controls and encrypted transport, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
