Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ultra Luxury Events affiliate portal and website operated by Ultra Luxury Ventures LLC (“ULE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

The portal is a private, invitation-only network. You must be invited or approved to participate, be at least 18 years old, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with Google.

2. The Affiliate Program

Your participation as an affiliate is separately governed by the Affiliate Agreement you accept within the portal, which controls referrals, attribution, commissions, payouts, and related terms. In the event of a conflict regarding the Program, the Affiliate Agreement controls.

3. Acceptable Use

• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, disclosure, and privacy laws.
• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading referrals or information.
• Do not misrepresent your relationship with ULE or use our brand without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by ULE. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE REFERRAL VOLUME, COMMISSION AMOUNTS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ULE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
